Thank you for choosing Arthritis & Osteoporosis Consultants of the Carolinas. We look forward to meeting you at your upcoming appointment. Your comprehensive new patient appointment takes approximately 45-90 minutes to fill out paperwork, complete evaluation by your provider, as well as perform any laboratory testing and X-Ray studies necessary.

**Patients transferring from a previous Rheumatologist should direct all clinical questions to their PCP or previous Rheumatologist’s office until they establish care during their first AOCC appointment.**

What to bring on the day of your appointment:

• Referral (if not referred by a physician and if required by your insurance plan

• Picture I.D.

• Insurance cards

• Co-pay (if required with your insurance plan)

• Any x-rays or lab work that you have as well as recent office notes from your doctor or prior Rheumatologist or other specialist.
