• 2 Cups of Kale
  • 1 Medium Steamed or Boiled Beetroot
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Mango
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Pineapple
  • 3 Cups of Coconut Water
  • 2 TBSP of Flax Seed
  • 2 TBSP of Chia Seed



Blend until smooth adding more Coconut Water as needed to achieve a smooth texture.
